We started the English Language School in 2012 to develop the English skills of foreign workers in the UK in order to increase their effectiveness and integration at work and at home. The English Language School is accredited by City and Guilds and we currently have in excess of 2,000 learners.Improving people's ability to communicate increases their job prospects, it improves relationships, team morale and team effectiveness, and so our vision is to make a difference across the world by improving people's ability to communicate together in English.To increase our global reach and impact, we have developed and are currently beta testing the YETi English Language application - please visit https://yetienglish.com for more details.We have also expanded our brief to support young English people to find meaningful employment. This service is delivered through our in2work team: www.in2work.co.uk.At ELS we want to harness the passion of our teachers, our most valuable resource.
