WHAT WE ARE ABOUT: Learners are at the center of our work because we believe that what learners already know is as important as what they don't yet know; that all who teach are learners and all who learn have the capacity to teach. Based on these values, we are committed to a collaborative practice premised on the idea that we learn best when we learn together. WHAT WE DO: We design and facilitate workshops, retreats, planning sessions, and learning environments to meet a range of needs in higher education. There's a vast body of literature about what works and what doesn't work in teaching and learning, and very little about how you implement effective practices on the ground and in specific contexts with specific communities of learners.
