Learning Solutions- Deliver online learning, blended learning and face to face learning solutions to a wide range of clients in the higher education, vocational education, corporate, for purpose and not-for-profit sectors.- Identify learning solutions that are tailored to the needs of business and strategy.- Focus on capability building, performance and outcomes.- Specialise in collaborative and participatory approaches to solution design.- Increase the openness and adoption of learning innovation and technologies in different sectors.Learning Design & Development- Establish rigorous approaches to end-to-end learning design, development, evaluation and iteration, drawing on the latest evidence.- Create scalable design systems.- Develop and manage production schedules.- Learning design that is context dependent and data driven where possible.- Provide best practice learning design and multimedia services.- Ensure high quality evaluation and iteration of learning.Learning Data and Dashboards- Data analysis and data visualisations to improve learning and business outcomes.- Dashboard design and development.Learning Infrastructure, Architecture and Systems- Learning Management System, learning architecture and learning ecosystem vision, design, implementation and sustainability.- System agnostic with experience in a range of Learning Management Systems including Moodle, Totara, Canvas, Wordpress and a range of proprietary systems.Clients include: * Pearson - Higher Education - Digital Learning & Innovation * University of South Australia * Victoria University * Inspire Group * nbn™ Australia * NSW Government Health * Berry Street * Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria * Family Safety Victoria
