LearnStream offers consulting services for corporations looking to provide engaging training experiences for their staff, clients, and partners. We are a networked team, working on client sites, or from home offices across the US and Canada. Ken Reimer is refocusing his efforts into this exciting venture, which brings some of the best experiences from the original LearnStream 1.0 that was sold in 2005. Before being sold, the original LearnStream Inc was a team that grew to over 150 developers, recognized as a leading designer and developer of inspiring e-learning customized solutions for clients in North America and Europe. Although the company focused originally on IT training solutions, it later developed a client base in financial services, pharmaceuticals, international development, and defense. LearnStream headquarters are now were established in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, and a US subsidiary operated in Reston, VA, just outside Washington DC. One of the highest recognitions for the company was winning the Canadian New Media Company of the Year award in 2000. Collecting many awards for its outstanding work includes numerous Cindy awards, KIRA Award, K. C. Irving Quality Award, and a number of Multimedia Producer awards. Company president Ken Reimer, and vice president Phil Lambert founded the company through a leveraged management buyout in 1998, taking the company private. LearnStream was purchased in 2005 by Toronto-based firm who operated the company subsequently for a number of years, and folded it into their operations.
