Sometimes when life is difficult, we try to take on everything ourselves. I am here to let you know that you do not have to do it all alone. When the pain become too heavy, I will be here for you as you speak your truth. I believe that we are the experts of our own lives and story. I will provide validation, where you can become your own catalyst for change. Our therapeutic work will be an empowering safe place to foster healing, support self-discovery and navigate through life's challenges. We will develop multiple ways of dealing with life's challenges to help you in the present and to progress in the future.I will encourage you to grow in the direction of your goals. My counseling style is client centered, strength based, culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I use therapeutic modalities specific to a client's individual needs and experiences. Helping others negotiate life transformations and regain control in their life is my passion.Our work together will be holistic to alleviate physical, social and emotional barriers.We will work together to empower you to understand patterns of behavior, let go of what no longer serves you, practice self-awareness and cultivate the happiness that is already within you.
