Leb is a state-recognized national organization for further education based in Bad Kreuznach.Leb works as an administrative head, lobby group and program provider for rural adult education.Leb as an association represents among other things the training interests of their ten members.These are the Rhineland-Palatinate associations of rural women (Landfrauen), farmers and winemakers (Bauern und Winzer), rural youth (Landjugend), agricultural specialist training (vlf), the Chamber of Agriculture (Landwirtschaftskammer) and the German Agricultural Engineering Institute (Deutsche Lehranstalt für Agrartechnik DEULA).The courses offered by the Leb and its members reach almost any place in Rhineland-Palatinate.In this way, people from rural areas can take part in general, political and professional training.As a national organization for further education, Leb is funded by the Ministry for Science, Further Education and Culture (Ministerium für Wissenschaft, Weiterbildung und Kultur Rheinland-Pfalz MWWK) Rhineland-Palatinate.
