ABOUT THE SHOWRAG is the official, student-run, fundraising society at the University of Leeds. Winning ‘Event of the Year' in 2008 and 2010 in the Leeds University Union Riley Awards as well as ‘Event of the Year' in the 2012 RAG award, the Leeds RAG Fashion Show is one of the best and most highly anticipated events in the LUU Calendar. In 2013, The RAG Fashion Show is proud to be in aid of two fantastic charities: WaterAid and Candlelighters. 2013 was an exciting year as our aim for the Leeds RAG Fashion Show is to make it one of the most prestigious charity fashion shows in the UK. This year we took bigger and bolder steps than ever before which has enabled us to gain highly esteemed sponsors, designers and supporters. Support from our main sponsors; Harvey Nichols, has enabled us to raise the bar this year and plan one of the most exciting events in Leeds RAG history. This year, the show took place on Thursday 21st February 2013, in the Refectory, Leeds University Union and we raised over £15,000 for our charities.
