Leelo is a spanish company, specialist in customer management and systems of engagement. Founded in 2005 by direct business experts (ING Direct, Direct Line Spain), it started on the BPO arena with complex processes around origination and Know Your Customer. From 2010 to 2012, in an effort supported by the Spain public Innovation office (CDTI), Leelo developped its customer management platform, Origine2. With a design methodology and execution engine based on the Artifact Centric process model, it embodies an open framework supported by external tools such as the Business Rules engine Jrules from IBM. Live already for two years, Origine2 provides a native system of engagement that truly supports digital customers and their engagement with companies. The results can be read in more detail over the solutions listed in our website: - CES (Customer Effort Score) can be kept minimal, maximizng customer loyalty. - Service costs are cut by half, just by allowing customer self-service (see the BPM award figures). - Time-to-market is almost unbelievable: 4 months to deliver a full-fledged origination system. - Maintenance costs are almost none: all changes can be done through rule changes and configuration. Awarded in 2013 with Gartner Group BPM Excellence Award with Verti, Leelo was among the 15 Global key vendors to watch listed in the Tech Go To Market document from Gartner analys TJ Singh, identified as a PETS (Process-enhanced Technologies and Services).
