I am available for 24-32 hours per week as of August 2020.WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU: 1.) I help retail and wholesale organisations to fill in an interim position as Planner | Demand Planner | Senior Planner | Planning Manager | Planning Director.2.) I help companies to renew their planning processes and give them tools to be more efficient.*Firstly identify the challenges within the organisation. The scope could become wider then your planning team alone.*Secondly what are best practices in the business, employees share best practices and evaluate which of these can be integrated in the companies processes.Finally we work with your team(s) to set up a Lean, Effective and Functional (work) Flow which works for them.WHO DO I SERVE: * Retail companies* Wholesale companiesWHY WILL IT WORK: I have been working in different roles in Retail, wholesale and private label companies over the past 16 years. Departments I worked for are Buying, Supply Chain and retail / demand planning. The last 8 years I have been focused on Planning working closely together with the buying/merchandise and supply chain departments. Because of this unique mix of experience I understand the needs of the different departments and how the team can work more lean, effective, functional in the correct work flow so all teams can support each other in your company.READY TO CHAT?
