Our primary goal is to help you achieve your goals. If you want to retire very quickly, Cory will come in and run the company for the next 3-6 months and learn the culture and the business, so that he can find a leader who is the right fit for the team. The intent is not to change anything in the company, but to help you pass the torch to a next generation leader and allow them to continue the legacy you have created. This could be a leader you already have in the company or someone you and Cory find to bring in to lead the team.If you feel like things just seem to have gone a little off course, you're feeling removed from taking care of the customers/patients you want to be helping, you feel like you are sacrificing valuable time that might be better spent with family or just getting away. You have had thoughts of selling the company to get your time back, but hesitate because you love the industry and what you have built. Cory would sit down and list everything you do now in running the company. Then identify the tasks you wish someone else could do and Cory will work to get those off your plate so you can focus on your passion and freeing up some of your time. Depending on the level of involvement you want to have moving forward it would likely make sense for you to maintain an equity stake in the company. There is more to life than 16 hours spent at the office.
