Provide companies within the Greater Toronto Area direction on HR matters including managing talent, compensation, job evaluation, labour and employee issues, performance management, health and safety/WSIB, compensation and benefits and change management issues that arise throughout the employee life cycle Provide guidance on policies and procedures within the Employment Standards Act (ESA), Human Rights Act and legislative interpretations on Federal or Provincial matters Identify client needs to provide maximum value to the business through HR activities and programs to improve the daily operations and workplace efficiencies Implement human resource strategies, employment law policies, and programs to ensure procedures are operationalized and fit the needs of the business objectives Aid in workplace investigations with detailed fact-finding interview techniques and report writing Partner with hiring managers to conduct strategic workforce planning exercise to manage talent Support in feedback and input on HR programs, policies and implementation of HRIS systems
