Our programs are based in history and expertly utilize experiential learning methods. We offer on-site (historical sites) programs as well as programs delivered in conference center settings.Our services and programs draw on the knowledge of leading historians, recognized for their particular expertise in the events and locations used, and accomplished business leaders whose records speak for themselves. The programs have been developed by Richard Thomas, an early pioneer in the field of executive experiential education and longtime organizational change management consultant and master facilitator specialized in leadership and team development, in conjunction with many of the historians who deliver our programs. A former corporate executive with military experience, Thomas has worked with tens of thousands of corporate leaders over more than 30 years in the field and has been a pioneer in developing and improving the genre of history-based executive experiential education programs for the past 15 years.
