Our Mission: Legacy helps teams and leaders develop self-awareness and relationship management skills. To facilitate this process, we design training and development programs that highlight the importance of reflection and strengthen the skills and commitment of teams and leaders to help them become more closely aligned with organizational goals. Our Methodology: Assessment - We work closely with our clients to pinpoint the root cause(s) of conflict and under-performance. We also work identify and leverage key strengths within their group and organization. As part of this process, we typically use individual and group assessment meetings, telephone-based interviews, and/or online surveys. Design – Our tailored programs often incorporate: • 360-Degree Feedback • Self-Assessments (including Emotional Intelligence and/or Myers-Briggs) • Group Projects • Business Simulations • Immersion Experiences • Facilitated Review Sessions Delivery - Legacy facilitators are experts in organization development, experiential education and behavioral psychology. They create an environment of challenge and support that allows participants to reflect, take risks, receive feedback and cultivate new skills. Follow-Up - At the end of each program we provide our clients with a program summary report that includes insights and recommendations.
