Our office will strive to help you understand these concepts to enhance your overall health and quality of life.We offer varying degrees of periodontal services that are necessary to control active periodontal disease. The initial part of treatment normally consists of deep scaling (root planing) with local anesthesia as well as intense instructions in personal oral hygiene. These are non-surgical procedures that are completed with local anesthetic for your comfort and normally cause minimal problems.More complex cases may require surgical treatment of varying types as well as regeneration of lost bone and soft tissue utilizing grafting procedures. All procedures are described to the patient in detail prior to treatment and alternatives for therapy are also explored. Again our goal is to adequately inform you of your diagnosis and treatment options.
