Lehigh University Baja SAE Details
Every Saturday the Lehigh University Baja team is busy at work in the machine shop. We are engineering students, computer science students, and business students. Baja SAE (Society of Automotive Engineer) pushes students to hands on learning through the design and building of an off-road vehicle. The cars are tested through four events: acceleration, suspension, maneuverability, and hill climb. Each competition ends with a 4-hour endurance race, featuring difficult terrain and significant obstacles. We apply our learning from the classroom in challenges that we would not imagine from a textbook.We are learning and growing as a team each day. Solving Baja's problems are just the beginning steps to solving the problems of the world. Follow our page to follow along on our journey towards our competition.
