Leisure Strategy Concept is a company formed in 2008 to undertake a variety of short term strategic and management projects associated within the leisure, sports and entertainment industries.Commenced role as CEO Kilmore Racing Club March 2011•Commenced 21 week contract April 2010 – Chief Operating Officer Tasmanian Racing BoardTRB is the Governing Board for all three racing codes. My role is to assist with the implementation of their five year strategic plan. Utilizing Balanced Score Card and Dashboard reporting. Contract extended to 11 October 2010.•Completed 15 week contact November 2009 – General Manager The Brisbane Polo Club (Private Members Club)BPC is a Premier Private Members Club in Brisbane. The Club employs 24 Staff and 48 Casuals to coordinate the 4000 Membership base and Functions Business. My primary role has been to restructure the business including catering facilities and return it to an operating profit. Significant savings were achieved that assure that outcome. •Completed an evaluation of the existing structure and operating system efficiencies within the Northern Territory Racing Industry September 2008
