It:• maintains a strong and experienced board of directors and strives to practice the highest standards of governance;• adheres strictly to a conservative, long term, "value" approach to investing;• has generated consistent, long-term returns; and• levies no management fees – directors' benefit only if the company achieves realised profits.The minimum initial investment in Leithner & Co RPSs (and the minimum holding) is $500,000. Leithner & Co may, in its absolute discretion, reduce the minimum investment or the minimum holding of RPSs. Like any investment, there are risks associated with investing in Leithner & Co.Leithner & Co has two objectives: 1. to preserve wealth – that is, to preserve the value of its shareholders' capital by compounding it at a rate which compensates for the effects of inflation; and2. to build wealth – that is, to invest its shareholders' capital in a portfolio of securi-ties whose rate of return, given cautious assumptions, can reasonably be expected to exceed the returns offered by 5-year Commonwealth Government bonds.
