Lekko Interim Management is based on the philosophy of Let Go. The term Lekko is used in the Dutch maritime world by a captain of a tugboat to ask to release the mooring lines or the object that is towed. The personnel on deck will reply back with "Lekko" to signal that they are done. Lekko is a phonetic translation of Let Go.This philosophy is translated by me, to explain that only teams that communicate well and trust each other are able to achieve efficiency and bigger goals. Combined with my background in IT, Telecoms, Sea Scouting and Maritime towing, gave teams that I worked with, an interesting new perspective.
