Lens Financial is a values-based, comprehensive financial services firm working with technology professionals in the Bay Area and nationwide. Our areas of expertise include equity compensation planning, wealth management, asset protection, retirement planning and philanthropy planning.We founded the firm in 1997 while volunteering for a financial education provider. This volunteer work provided us the opportunity to facilitate hundreds of onsite workshops for Silicon Valley technology companies and their employees. This included complimentary 1:1 meetings following each workshop. Our experience allowed us to gain deep insights into the financial opportunities and challenges faced by tech employees. And importantly, we discovered how the industry's unique compensation programs could be optimized for each person's unique financial goals.Our firm has made it a point to stay away from cookie-cutter, robo-planning.
