We help CEOs, Boards, and C-Suite executives drive growth during times of disruption, transition, transformation and turnarounds. Given the embedded nature of our work, we work with a very limited number of clients each year. Most of our client partners -- be it B2B or consumer facing -- come to us because they face one or more of the following challenges:• They need to establish or upgrade their brand positioning, or reinvigorate a legacy organization/brand to reclaim mind- and market-share;• Their way of being and operating is being disrupted by shifting consumer behavior, the competitive landscape; and/or technology;• They need to ‘ready' teams for potential crisis events, particularly related to cyber;• They are pre, during or post transaction and need to tell a 1+1 = 11 vs. 1+1=2 or 3 story;• They want to play offense and need a powerful go to market and launch strategy; or• They need to develop or integrate legacy or low-functioning teams into high-performing offenses. At the heart of solving the above challenges are generally three areas of work: -- Brand positioning, narrative, and go to market work;-- Crisis readiness & counsel; and -- Disruption development for legacy leaders & teams. Sometimes our client partners need just one, and sometimes these efforts blend to meet our clients' needs. We started the business because we know how transformative this work can be, and how hard it can be - sometimes impossible - to do from the inside. We operate as extended members of the senior team for a finite period of time, rolling up our sleeves to solve some of our clients' biggest marketing, communications, and business challenges, and preparing internal team(s) to carry the work forward.
