Leprechauno Meadery is a startup meadery owned and operated by Randall and Haley Dolan. For the past three years, the Dolans have been working from the warmth of their friends' kitchens and the depths of their own garage, honing their skills and fine-tuning recipes. With three years of experience consistently producing mead, the time has come to take Leprechauno to the commercial market. We will be partnering with Dry County Brewing Co. for production of our mead and will introduce our meads to the craft beverage market summer 2019.We value using fresh ingredients and currently utilize fresh local honey from Sanders Honey Co. based in Bickley, GA.
