Following a mandate, our appraisers will travel to the site of a loss in order to carry out a full physical inventory of the machinery & equipment including the leasehold improvements. Our take-off will include a technical description of each piece of machinery (model number, production capacity, sizes, etc.) coupled with an exhaustive enumeration of visible & foreseeable damages which will be documented with photographs.A floor plan will be made positioning the equipment in the plant with process hook-ups such as electrical, plumbing, hydraulic & pneumatic. Finally, the inventory will be reviewed and completed if required with the production manager or his associates in order to include pieces which are destroyed by the loss.
