LessonPot is a crowdsourced ‘lessons' platform where lessons are so easy to create and share, that they become ubiquitous, customizable and learner-centric. People share lessons like they share messages on social media. Students have access to learning content whenever they want and in a form that they like.The impact will be universal – the privileged student will learn more and learn faster; the underprivileged student will receive a much needed boost.On LessonPot, lesson creators include education enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds, formal teachers from the cities, graduates living in villages, volunteers and youthful contributors who want to make a difference, performance artists, parents who want to help their own children, and very importantly, students themselves who create lessons as a self-study mechanism.
