About us: Lethimvula Healthcare (Pty) limited, formerly known as Old Mutual Healthcare, was established on 1 May 2009 following the Competition Commission's approval of the transaction in which Lethimvula Investments Limited (Lethimvula) acquired 100% of Old Mutual Healthcare. As such, the company is now a fully owned subsidiary of the Lethimvula Group. The business believes in building strong, long-term partnerships with all stakeholders and clients, and therefore focuses its resources on providing medical scheme administration and clinical risk management products and services of the highest quality. Shareholders: Lethimvula Healthcare is owned by Lethimvula Investments Limited (Lethimvula), a grouping of highly successful black entrepreneurs with extensive experience and interests in the healthcare and other industry sectors. The Group's core business is the provision of medical scheme administration and managed care products and services of the highest quality. Lethimvula also owns 100% of sister company, Medscheme.
