Let's Destress 4 Success (D/S) is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization with the goal of helping students balance their education with their mental health. D/S prepares students for higher-level education through interactive workshops and activities; with a focus on goal-setting, productivity, stress relief, and long-term application. Our curriculum has been developed specifically for students, by students, along with counseling from mental health professionals. By participating in the program, students can earn community service hours and certification. We welcome all students from grades 6-12.
