Let's Play Sports' original goal was to collect sports equipment and donate it to underprivileged children in Chicago to provide them with an escape from violent environments. Let's Play Sports successfully ran multiple donation drives collecting equipment from local communities and collected monetary donations to purchase brand new sports equipment. While Let's Play Sports continues to gather sports equipment, it has become more critical now than ever to now find ways to help achieve equality and end ongoing racial injustice in America.Let's Play Sports is now focusing on raising awareness and supporting ongoing movements fighting for equality. Let's Play Sports stands proud with Black Lives Matter, the African American Community, and all those fighting for justice. Let's Play Sports is directly working with community leaders among the African American Community and finding ways to support their efforts. Let's Play Sports will continue with its original goal to donate sports equipment to help underprivileged children while fighting for equality.
