Letters of Love is a youth-led international non-profit [501(c)(3)] organisation based out of the United States of America that offers psychosocial support to refugee children through handwritten letters while creating a globally aware, empathic citizenry of young leaders in classrooms. With a diverse team consists of 30 volunteers from 11 countries with an average age of 22 years( the youngest being only 15 years old!), Letters of Love has delivered handwritten postcards to more than 48,000 Syrian, Iraqi, Yazidi, Palestinian, Afghan, Kurdish, South Sudanese and Rohingya refugee children and has also effectively mobilised more than 20,000 youth around the world. It is an official member of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees(UNHCR) #WithRefugees Coalition, the UN- Sustainable Development Solutions Youth Network (SDSN), Globalgiving, UNOY Peacebuilders, United Nations Major Group for Children & Youth (UNMGCY).//It's all about doing whatever we can, with whatever we have, wherever we are.//
