Leumi Innovation Project Details
Leumi Innovation Project is an annual academic program for excelling students of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at the Interdisciplinary Center, in cooperation with Leumi bank. In the dynamic, competitive and surprising reality of the start of the 21st century, the ability to innovate and to change constantly might influence the organization's success and even determine its chances of surviving over time. Therefore, the organization's management should methodically invest in instilling innovation processes in the organization, starting from its organizational culture, climate, structure, and ending with developing resources, talents and the employees themselves. Leumi Innovation Project engages in processes such as these and constitutes a center for promoting and encouraging innovation inside the organization.
