My areas of expertise include assessing talent for hire, development, or redirection; navigating complex relational issues; and improving team dynamics. Potential clients can explore options through a complimentary 90-minute introductory conversation. I also offer LifePlan© and StratOp© facilitation.TALENT ASSESSMENT AND SELECTIONI have many years of experience administering and interpreting advanced personality and organizational alignment assessments to assist in screening applicants and high potential promotions. I've interviewed hundreds of potential hires, helping identify leadership potential, organizational fit, untapped strengths, and possible risks. The assessments I most often employ include:•Hogan Assessment Systems (Certified both Basic and Advanced Interpretation)• Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (Certified both Level I & II)• CliftonStrengthsCORPORATE TRAINING : RELATE SERIESIn order to ensure learning that sticks, I've created relational workshops and trainings that unpack fresh concepts that are highly practical, immediately applicable, and relationally transformative at work and at home.
