In addition, David A. Lewis was named Builder of the Year in 2002 and 2003 by the UVHBA.Company founder David A. Lewis has a rich heritage of roots in the construction industry. David's grandfather's, Wayne Cromar and Belden Lewis, were both successful general contractors – Wayne in Salt Lake City and Belden in Cedar City. In 2003 Lewis Development incorporated the name of Arthur Lewis Fine Homes for its custom home division which was derived from forebears William Arthur Jones, who went by Arthur, a businessman and civic leader in Cedar City, and Belden Lewis.
