We found cold calls from recruitment agents annoying and ineffective. So we founded an exclusive site, where lawyers can see the jobs market in one place and connect directly with leading law firms in a few clicks. We hated that recruitment agents weren't open about the company they were working for. So above all, LexStep® is transparent. All of our jobs can be viewed by law firm name with detailed job descriptions and applied for online. Your information will never be edited or sent to a firm without your permission. You choose who you're applying to and what they see.We also hated agencies trying to sell us jobs that they knew we wouldn't be interested in. We're not an agency so we keep our distance and don't cold call.
