LEYE is a South African-based educational (future) non-profit organization. The organization was founded by Lenox Baloyi and It was named after him, thus the name Lenox Educational Youth Empowerment.The organization aims to empower the youth by giving them access to equal quality education.The organization uncovered that there is a wide gap in the quality of education received by learners from different backgrounds in South Africa. Learners from lower quintiles schools receive a lower quality of education than learners from higher quantile schools. The organization aims at closing that gap by providing lower quintile schools with the resources needed to provide higher-quality education.
