LFA was founded in October 2019 with the aim of pooling and securing entrepreneurs' interests. They specialise in different fields such as communication, technology, finance and legal. Initially, the studio holds 100% of the startups' capital, it is then opened to employees. LFA concentrates on companies with high growth potential, where there is an existing need and whose solution can be improved with an incremental technology. AGENDA 1. Constitution: the project starts with the union of entrepreneurs within the startup studio.2. Angel round: entrepreneurs have 6 months to draw up a business plan and a Minimum Viable Product. These are intended for a business angels' fundraising. 3. Series A: A Series A round takes place one year later with Venture Capital funds.4. Winding up: the studio specialises in the seed phase; startups take off after 3 years.WHY LFA 1. A united and passionate team. 2.
