Sheng Hua Chemical Co. Ltd. , established in 1989, was located in Hui Zhou City of Guangdong Province which is wholly owned by Wing Sing Chemical(Hong Kong) Co.Ltd. under LGS Asia Development Group. In 2000, Sheng Hua was relocated to Zeng Cheng Guangzhou because of business expansion. Our production facilities are strategically located in Guangdong (Southern China) Zeng Cheng Sheng Hua Chemical Co. Ltd. and Shandong (Northern China) Shou Guang Wing Sing Chemical Co. Ltd.
