It has a franchise agreement with Candia France, allowing it to distribute and manufacture products under Candia brand name. The project spreads over an area of 504, 000 sqm in the Bekaa Valley. It includes a farm, a fully automated processing plant and a wide distribution network. Libanlait is the first dairy company that owns a modern farm; it comprises a milking parlor, nursery/hospital. Around 2,500 Holstein cows live in a healthy and ultra hygienic environment nurtured by expert veterinarians in order to produce quality milk that's supplied to the processing plant.Libanlait is proud to mention that it produces a milk with < 5,000 germs/100ml which makes the milk quality the best you can get.
