Fewer calories and less alcohol makes for an entirely new drinking experience.We spent the last 17 harvests exploring how we could bring the pure joy of bubbles to the world of wine. Despite all of the sparkling options out there, we still felt like something was missing. Old school traditions and stuffy standards meant there wasn't a bottle that worked for weeknight sipping and toasting the big moments. Bottles that promise fewer calories and less alcohol end up sacrificing when it comes to flavor. Simply put: there wasn't a bottle we wanted to reach for again and again. We quickly realized that bubbles deserved better. Libby is the result of a decades-long love for winemaking and a lifelong passion for experimentation.
