The Liberian Geographical Society (LGS) is a non-for-profit, non-governmental organization in Liberia. Founded by as a subsidiary of the International Association of Young Geographers (IAYG), LGS mission is to: promote geography learning activities in Liberia. Further, our vision as an organization since establishment is to: prepare the next generation of students to develop relevant geographical skills that will enable them participate in solving the geographical problems of the world at large.
