The Liberia Renaissance Education Complex (LREC) is a tuition-free public school privately funded through The DEAR Foundation (TDF) in Switzerland. We know that not everybody can afford to pay private school fees, but don't believe that should stop talented students from accessing a first-class education. All of our students are accepted based on academic merit. Nothing more. Nothing less.We strive to be a model school, using progressive teaching methods to deliver a diverse and hands-on curriculum. We keep class sizes small, so that we can focus on individual student needs and ensure that every child who comes through our doors receives a top education.They say it takes a village to raise a child, and we couldn't agree more. That's why we place a strong emphasis on community, encouraging parents to take an active role in their children's education, and teaching our students to pro-actively engage with society.
