Company "Liberta" manufacturer of fresh birch sap products. Since 2009 we have started to develop gentle process of collecting fresh birch sap. Since 2011 we have started to develop new products from birch sap - fresh (without preserving methods) sap, birch sap wine, birch sap lemonade (made under of recepie since 1900 year), birch sap youghurt (developing process). We are proud that we are the first one hi-tech birch sap collecting company in Latvia.
