Liberty Terminal LLC is revitalizing a 1.1 MM bbl oil and gas light products storage hub on a 41-acre site located at 401 Cove Road, Pennsauken, NJ along the Delaware River.The Project will be ready by the winter of 2019 and provide immediate access to storage for customers for multiple modes of transportation due to extensive upgrades to comply with current regulations and improve transportation access.Upon completion, the Project will be capable of handling both clean and crude products which include finished gasolines of all blends: ethanol, bio-diesel and other products to serve the local market and area refineries.The Project has received approval from the Town of Pennsauken making it a rare opportunity for a new facility in this region.
