Senior residents, who are healthier and have more energy, present a greater chance to live longer actively and independently in their communities. Our program sets wellness targets that are regularly evaluated to monitor participants' wellness progress. Our fitness classes are designed for a mature population who are looking for improving their range of motion, strength, and balance.
