ومع أن القوة الدافعة وراء تجربتنا في محاولة بناء بلادنا انطلقت حتى الآن من خلال طموحنا الجماعي للتحول الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والديمقراطي إلا أنه بالإمكان القيام بما هو أفضل من أجل ليبيا. وبإمكاننا أن نحقق أكثر من ذلك بكثير إذا تشاركنا في رؤية واضحة المعالم لتوجيه جهودنا الجماعية؛ وهناك حاجة ملحة لدمج سياسات التنمية لدينا وبذل الجهد والعرق من أجل مستقبل أفضل لبلادنا. وعليه، فإن رؤية ليبيا 2020 هي بمثابة نداء الواجب لجميع الليبيين للعمل على حشد قواهم بغية وضع البلاد على مسار التنمية المستدامة.\\While the driving force behind our nation building experience so far has been our collective ambition for socio-economic and democratic transformation, Libya can do better. We could achieve much more if we shared a well-defined vision to steer our collective efforts. There is a pressing need to integrate our development policies and strive harder for our country's future. Libya Vision 2020 is a call to action for all Libyans to rally behind placing the country on a sustainable development path.
