Licorería Miramar is the first fully-integrated innovation lab with the extended capabilities for research, testing, and mass-production of essential cocktail ingredients, connecting spirits producers, bars, and bartenders with real consumers' needs. Licorería is divided into four areas: a manufacturing plant for mass production, the Innovation Lab for R&D, a Commissary Kitchen for complementary prep work, and a storefront retail space for product testing.With Licorería, we propose a new model to foster real innovation at the heart of the spirits industry: the relationship between the bartender and the consumer.
