As we approach the real estate investment process comprehensively, our Group comprises highly specialized entities, including the developer Liebrecht & wooD, the property management firm WeCare, as well as the FASHION HOUSE Group which implements and manages the outlet centre concept on emerging markets.Our portfolio comprises office buildings, office parks and multi-functional buildings in Warsaw (Centrum Praskie Koneser, Plac Unii, Kopernik Office Buildings, Jerozolimskie Business Park, Flanders Business Park, Batory Office Buildings) and Bucharest (Victoria Park, West Park, Militari Shopping Center), as well as five outlet centers in Poland, Romania and Russia, signed with the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center brand.Our company is currently building 2 office buildings on a plot adjacent to the Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw, the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center in St Petersburg, Russia, and in Romania the Frumusani Residential Park housing project as well as the second FASHION HOUSE outlet center.
