Choosing Life, Independence and self-Managing Behavior. The CLIMB program is a comprehensive three phase program conducted by qualified service providers which focus on developing self sufficiency through restoration. It begins a evaluation of the person or family seeking assistance to determine the needs and develop the best plan to accomplish maximum results at minimum expense.
