I have lived my entire life in business. I'm passionate about helping others live in their strengths and be human in business and life!I work with: *** Women-owned/led businesses*** Investment companies & investors who invest in WO/WLB I grew up in a small town as the daughter of two small business owners. My first husband was a generational business owner, and I led global teams running 8-figure programs and working with executives of Fortune 7 companies for 26 years. Now as a coach and an international business owner, I understand the business terrain inside and out.I believe business is always personal.Services offered:High Touch 1:1 Designed to be an immersive experience and often what we call heart holding. Some days you need an extra ear, shoulder or hand. Some days, you've got everything you need.This approach is designed to navigate the amazing emotional journey of business ownership. Not only do you have access to weekly coaching, you have access to me as challenges arise on a daily basis and you need support executing on the new techniques and tools you've learned or, need a little extra assistance working through known or unknown territory. Partnerships & Team Synergy:In similar fashion to high-touch 1:1, we work together to establish the best approach for you and your team.
