What? A simple and user-friendly app and complimentary website designed to support and guide families and organizations through the complicated world of ASD. We support families by providing resources and guidance and hope to be a product that can be used and endorsed by autism centers and organizations. We aim to a) provide emotional support to care-givers and/or those afflicted with ASD (help individuals and families create a plan, a timeline with achievable goals and milestones); b) provide a list of diagnostic, service and care providers; and c) outline educational tools and resources (e.g. schools that have tailored programs). LifeWith is a non-profit organization. Why? To improve the lives of parents, guardians, families and individuals that are dealing with ASD, especially those that have lost hope or have no direction. We also support the efforts of autism centers. Families need options and working through the maze of available resources is difficult and stressful. Our product makes this work easier, and thus improves family life.How? We have partnered with autism centers and autism organizations to use and further promote use of our app. Autism centers are in the trenches and championing the cause. They have extensive relationships with individuals and corporations already contributing to this field. They have ongoing connections to families dealing with ASD. And they have a vested interest in utilizing any product or service that is designed to help in the field of ASD, especially if there is no cost to the autism center.Where? Our first market is Utah. We have teamed up with The Melisa Nellesen Center for Autism at Utah Valley University. The next market we will be entering is Washington state. We have teamed up with the University of Washington. We then will be expanding to both Idaho and Arizona. We are looking to expand to all States in the United States of America and eventually other countries as well.
