Lifeworks Enterprises Inc. is a workshop company dedicated to the success of young adults. Through our interactive 2-day programs, we help individuals facilitate the process of their personal growth and development. It is within the context of authentic relationships and life-on-life interactions, where some of the the most significant work of change and transformation occurs.In a major departure from typical lecture driven seminars, our workshops are interactive and discovery – built around cognitive and behavior learning principles. The formats contain a combination of explanation, demonstration, practice, personal reflection, one-on-one interaction, and group discussion. These courses are delivered in person via two-day workshops.
