Lifey aims to save lives by making medical emergency requests and responses more effective, efficient and social. It consists of an NFC supported wrist band and a mobile app. The bracelet holds all the critical information (chronic diseases, allergies, medication, implants, etc.) that emergency services have to know when responding to an emergency. The app can retrieve the data, even offline, by simply tapping the phone on the bracelet, and also auto detect the correct emergency number (varies by Country of origin) to call. This offers usability and thus safety to users at any place at any time.
