A self-maintained independent project to educate the impoverished children; initially, running by individual members, who take part voluntary by spreading the light of education among impoverished kids on streets.In part of future planning, LOW will be an established educational institution with rehabilitation centre to reshape the behaviour and attitudes of the impoverished kids to enhance the learning abilities. Besides that, LOW will engage in networking activities with higher education organization for the admission concerns of its students to enrol in higher educational degrees so that the passing out students can actively continue their studies without any social and financial hurdles.
